RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Beauty & Bubbles Eyewear aims to provide customers with the perfect pair of frames. Please feel free to contact our customer service center if you have any concerns about your order.

Products are damaged on arrival

We will take full responsibility for this issue and will resend the frames at no charge. Please contact us immediately and provide us with your order number, and item number, along with pictures of the damaged item, this has to done within 24hrs of receiving the package)

Quality warranty

Customers will enjoy a 6-month quality warranty, covering any possible defect in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. Frames will be returned at the customers cost for inspection and upon approval will be replaced, or refunded in-full.

Visual colour difference issue

Frame colour might slightly differ from what you see on the website due to light, varying screen resolutions, and photo backgrounds. If you feel that the glasses do not meet your expectations, please contact us for further solutions.

If the return is caused by the customer, they will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the shipping company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
